Fox Linocut

I haven't done this type of printing in quite some time, but thought a stamp might add a nice touch to the Etsy packages that I mail out. The material that I used to carve the stamp, soft kut printing blocks, is surprisingly easy to work with and available here. I only had a very thin and very wide attachment tool to work with and will have to upgrade my tools in the future. The nice thing about printmaking, naturally, is multiple images from one plate and the ability to make adjustments as you go along. Of course, "mistakes" are not always so easy to correct, especially when I had some trouble with the mouth. I used an ink pad for printing and tried various background colors.
