This salad is a yummy way to start Christmas dinner. Rinse baby spinach in the "sink" (prompt for this week's Illustration Friday). Dry the greens and mix with sliced strawberries. Drizzle salad with a dressing made from olive oil, fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey. Toss together so that the spinach is coated with dressing and top with toasted, chopped almonds.
