It's still pretty nippy here in New Jersey with temperatures hovering around freezing, but at least we have sunshine today. When I was out walking I noticed that some of my neighbors have daffodils just beginning to bloom. I bought the ones pictured at the supermarket a couple of weeks ago. Yellow just seems to evoke spring.

I agree, daffodils are such a pretty part of the spring "landscape." Hope the sunny yellow provided a little warmth on a chilly day! :o)
Yellow does seem like spring. You've inspired me to explore my backyard to see if there are any daffodils in it. Love the drawing :)
