Villain for Illustration Friday

The grey wolf is frequently cast as the villain in literature, most famously in Little Red Riding Hood. The fear of wolves is pervasive in many societies, quite probably due to their predation of livestock in pastoral communities. Wolves are equally fearful of humans, but unless the wolf is rabid, they rarely attack a person.

 

This is my first post of an Illustration Friday topic in at least two years. I had developed some fun online relationships with a few of my fellow participants on the site, and that was always the best part.
